Jack McDonnell
Jack McDonnell, CEO and chairman of TNS, Inc. (NYSE:TNS), is an entrepreneur through and through. Jack founded,
and as president and CEO, nurtured to success TNS, a worldwide
provider of e-commerce data communications services. Long a leader
of progressive change in the payment transaction industry, Jack
was also president and CEO of Digital Radio Network Inc., a local
access bypass carrier for POS transactions. He also served as a
director for the National Commission on Electronic Funds Transfer
and held positions as vice president for Tymnet. Jack also served
as group vice president for the Information Technologies and Telecommunications
Group of the Electronic Industries Association (EIA). He is a founder
and active leader of the Electronic Funds Transfer Association (EFTA).
Currently, Jack serves as chairman of the board of directors at
Credit Management Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ:CMSS) and on the board
of directors of InteliData (NASDAQ:INTD). He is the recipient of
KPMG Peat Marwick's High Tech Entrepreneur Award in 1997. He also
serves on the board of directors of The Shakespeare Theater in Washington,
DC, and Marymount University in Virginia as well as the board of
trustees of his alma mater, Regis High School in New York City.
Jack holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from
Manhattan College and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering
from Renssalaer Polytechnic Institute.

Stephen X. Graham
Mr. Graham has more than twenty five years of investment banking experience with both public and private companies, encompassing financings, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic advisory services. Prior to founding CrossHill, he was a Principal of the investment banking firm Kidder, Peabody & Co., which was a subsidiary of General Electric Capital Corporation. Mr. Graham was the Regional Director of the Direct Investment Group in Chicago and Boston. He was responsible for financings in many industries, including venture capital, biotechnology, cable television, real estate, broadcasting, utility finance and equipment leasing. In addition, he held positions with Merrill, Lynch & Co. and Arthur Young & Co. (now Ernst & Young). Mr. Graham was a founder of Prestwick Companies whose assets were spun out to create Prestwick Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He is a board member of Transaction Network Services, Inc., Ecutel Systems, Inc., ACell, Inc., and the Washington, D.C. International Film Festival. Mr. Graham is a graduate of Georgetown University and received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

John McDonnell III
John McDonnell III joined the company's board of directors in April 2002. Mr. John McDonnell currently serves as the Executive Vice President - Corporate Development and member of the board of directors of TNS, Inc.
(NYSE:TNS), a data network services firm based in Reston, Virginia, where he has worked for the last eight years with the exception of a one-year stint at PaylinX Corp. during 2000. In addition, Mr. John McDonnell serves as the General Counsel of McDonnell & Associates, L.P., an investor in the company. Prior to TNS, Mr. John McDonnell was associated with the law firms of Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe and Brown & Wood, where he practiced securities law. Mr. John McDonnell received a B.A. with honors from Stanford University and a JD from UCLA law school.

Thomas P. Matthews
Mr.
Matthews is a 20-year veteran of the technology and
telecommunications industries. He comes to Ecutel from Inciscent
where he served as the President and CEO since 2000. Prior to
Inciscent, Mr. Matthews served in several executive positions with
Metrocall, since joining in 1993. These positions include the
president of Metrocall.net, a strategic business unit established to
market Internet related services and to manage e-commerce
initiatives and corporate web presence. Mr. Matthews also served as
Senior Vice President for Corporate and Business Development. In
addition, he served as Senior Vice President for Operations, Vice
President for Sales and Marketing, as well as leading operational
divisions for both Western and Atlantic Region enterprises.
Prior
to Metrocall, Mr. Matthews was with Ameritech Cellular, where he led
field sales and operations for the cellular and paging divisions,
covering a population of over 12 million in the
Midwest. During his more than five year tenure with
Ameritech, he served in several senior management roles in the area
of sales and marketing for both the cellular and messaging operating
divisions. He began his career in wireless with a subsidiary of
Pacific Telesis where he served in sales and engineering capacities.

Joe Del Guercio
Joe Del Guercio joined the Company’s Board of Directors in February, 2005. Joe is a Director at CNF Investments, LLC, the venture capital division of Clark Enterprises in Bethesda, MD. Prior to joining Clark Enterprises, Joe was at LPL Financial Services, a Boston and San Diego based independent broker dealer, where he was responsible for strategic planning, new product development, and acquisitions. Prior to LPL, Joe was a Senior Associate at Robertson Stephens and a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, private and public equity financings, and restructurings. Joe has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. from Boston College.
