Thomas P. Matthews
Mr. Matthews is a 22 year veteran of the technology and telecommunications industries. Prior to Ecutel Mr. Matthews served as the President and CEO of Inciscent, a mobility software business delivering innovative wireless messaging and systems management products, including “SkyBox Mail” from 2000 through 2003. Prior to Inciscent, Mr. Matthews served in several executive positions with Metrocall the US largest wireless messaging and paging operator serving over 6.5 million subscribers. His roles included; president of Metrocall.net, the advanced messaging and software business division, Senior Vice President for Corporate and Business Development, Senior Vice President for Operations, as well as Vice President for Sales and Marketing.
Prior to joining Metrocall, Mr. Matthews was with Ameritech Cellular, where he led field sales and operations for the cellular and data divisions, covering a population of over 12 million in the Midwest. During his more than five year tenure with Ameritech, he served in several senior management roles in the area of sales and marketing for both the cellular and messaging operating divisions. He began his career in wireless with Multicom, a subsidiary of Pacific Telesis, where he served in multiple sales management capacities. He is a Graduate of Western Illinois University where he earned his Bachelors Degree in Electronic Communications.

Dzung Q. Tran
Dzung
Tran is Chief Technology Officer at Ecutel. He is the visionary,
architect and driving force behind Viatores Mobile Virtual Private
Network, Ecutel's end-to-end security, mobility and device end-point management solution for
mobile professionals. Mr. Tran's technical focus on new technologies, product engineering and
customer support ensures that Ecutel will continue to be the leading provider
of advanced communication software for today's heterogeneous wired
and wireless networking environment.
Mr Tran's experience in the areas of multi-level security, decision aids, network
control, network mobility, data security, wireless communications,
and program leadership began in the early 80's while he worked on
multiple large scale multi-level security and communications systems. Prior to Ecutel, he held
positions with MITRE Corporation, Titan Systems, Raytheon, and Northrop Grumman.
Mr. Tran has an MS degree in computer science from George Washington
University and a BS degree in computer science with Magna Cum Laude, from the
University of Maryland.

Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Thomas J. Egan
Thomas (TJ) Egan is a veteran Certified Public Accountant who began his career at Price Waterhouse LLP as a senior accountant from 1991 to 1994. Mr. Egan served as controller for Greenstone Industries, a publicly traded company, where he assisted in the acquisition of eight companies prior to Greenstone being sold.
Mr. Egan comes to Ecutel from Inciscent. Prior to Inciscent, Mr. Egan served as Chief Financial Officer for the Collins Companies where led every aspect of the accounting, general ledger, bank relationships and private placements for four professional sports franchises. Mr. Egan has also spearheaded the merger and acquisition responsibilities for the sale of two professional sports organizations.
