Remote Enterprise System Management
IC² Windows Management Module
WMM interfaces with Microsoft's Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) and Active Directory Service Interface (ADSI) to enable management of network resources (computers, files users, and printers). By using these APIs, IC² has access to management functions and information without requiring the installation of software agents. IC² is
able to browse and access resources in Active Directory, Windows NT domains, and Workgroups. IC² will not override existing Windows authorization rights and permissions. Proper credentials are required to access domains or execute commands. The IC² WMM also provides a powerful shortcut mechanism which offers a "Point and Click" interface to easily execute complex commands.
IC² allows Windows administrators to perform routine administration and troubleshooting functions including:
Browse and access domains and computers
View computer performance and memory statistics
List/start/stop and modify services
List/run/terminate processes
